What’s your policy on exchange and returns?
We're happy to accept exchanges and returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. A try-on at home is fine! Taking your Paulo Bellinis for a walk outside is not fine:)
- Click here to initiate your return or exchange. To get started, all you'll need is your tracking number and the shipping zip code from the original order.
- Make sure your Paulo Bellini items fulfill the qualifications below and ship them back to us using the prepaid return label (downloadable in Step 1).
- For an exchange, your new pair will be sent to you as soon as your initial pair is in transit back to us. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days, once we have received your package.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your shoes are in any way defective / faulty we will cover all return shipping costs, and issue a full refund. Please reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
If you got the wrong size, we will also exchange it for free and cover all the return shipping costs. Unless you received a faulty/defective product, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note :Gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Paulo Bellini items must be returned in their original packaging such as shoe boxes and shoe bags.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
